Prepare Ragi mix

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 and 1/2 cup sprouted ragi flour with 1/4 cup water to form a smooth mixture.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water and add the ragi mixture. Stir to avoid lumps and bring to a boil.
  3. Once boiled, remove theĀ  pan from heat and let it cool completely.

Preparing Ingredients

  1. Soak almonds and fig overnight.
  2. Peel soaked almonds and discard the water from the fig.
  3. In a blender jar, add the cooled ragi mix, soaked and peeled almonds, soaked fig, soft medjool date, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend until smooth and well combined.
