Preparing Jellies

  1. Boil water.
  2. In one bowl, dissolve strawberry jelly crystals in 1 and half cups of hot water.
  3. In another bowl, dissolve mango jelly crystals in 1 and half cups of hot water.
  4. Pour the liquid into trays and let it set for about one hour at room tempreture before refrigerating.

Preparing Custard Milk

  1. Mix vanilla custard powder with 1/4 cup of boiled milk until completely dissolved.
  2. Pour 1 litter of boiled and cold milk into a pot.
  3. Heat the milk and add 3 tbsp of sugar.
  4. Add the dissolved custard mixture and mix well.
  5. Boil the custard milk for about five minutes to eliminate the raw taste.
  6. Allow the custard milk to come to room tempreture, then refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Soak chia seeds in water for about 15 minutes. keep it aside.
