Preparation

  1. Cube the apples and beetroot. Peel and cube the ginger.
  2. Add the apple, beetroot, and ginger pieces to the juicer.
  3. If using a blender or Mixie, add the ingredients along with some water to facilitate blending.

Assembling the Juice

  1. Once done, turn off the juicer, open the spout, and collect the juice. Discard the pulp.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of the soaked chia and takmaria seeds to the juice and mix well.
